In order to process a return from your credit card, you will need to call 302-227-4703 to process your request because of our secure online shopping policy. You will need to provide your full 16 digit credit card number and your web order verification number in order to receive a refund.

East of Maui offers customers the option to have an online or offline order picked up “Pick up In Store” free of charge. Please note that when selecting this option, local customers should pick up their item(s) within 5 days.
